Packages are based on 45min sessions 2xweek for three (3) months. Terms automatically roll over to a month-to-month until client provides a written 30-day notice.

      • Low Income Fitness Training Program (LIFT) (30min)
        Low Income Fitness Training for individuals that desire a better quality lifestyle, but can't seem to fit it into their budget.  Rates are based on income. You may download the application to start the process HERE and fax back to (800) 430-1423.

        Two(2) 30min sessions per week.Optimal Performance Training for All.  2 -3 Days training is recommended for maximum results.
      • Package C (25% Discount) $225
        One(1) 30min sessions per week.  This package is recommended for those that need a jump start to stay on track for the remainder of the week.  Trainer will provide training tips for 'non trainer' days.
