    We offer base prices to our clients.
    • Single Sessions (30min) $35
      Optimal Performance Training.  The perfect program for both starters or returning to a healthier lifestyle.
    • Single Sessions (45min) $50
      Optimal Performance Training.  The perfect program for both starters or returning to a healthier lifestyle.
    • Single Sessions (60min) $75
      Optimal Performance Training.  The perfect program for both starters or returning to a healthier lifestyle.

    Our services entail exclusive and limited 'one on one' sessions in which fees may vary. 
  • SPECIALTY / OTHER TRAINING SESSIONS

    We Offer Specialty Training Sessions.
    • Low Income Fitness Training Program (LIFT) (30min)
      Low Income Fitness Training for individuals that desire a better quality lifestyle, but can't seem to fit it into their budget.  Rates are based on income. You may download the application to start the process HERE and fax back to (800) 430-1423.
    • PROMO PACKAGES

      Prices limited time only and are subject to changed or discontinuance at any time.
      • Package A $225
        Two(2) 30min sessions per week.Optimal Performance Training for All.  2 -3 Days training is recommended for maximuam results.
      • Package B $145
        One(1) 30min sessions per week.  This package is recommended for those that need a jump start to stay on track for the remainder of the week.  Trainer will provide training tips for 'non trainer' days.
