      Optimal Performance Training.  The perfect program for both starters or returning to a healthier lifestyle.
    • Single Sessions (60min) $75
      Optimal Performance Training.  The perfect program for both starters or returning to a healthier lifestyle.
  • PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGE RATES: Optimal Performance

    Our services entail exclusive and limited 'one on one' sessions in which fees may vary. 
  • SPECIALTY / OTHER TRAINING SESSIONS

    We Offer Specialty Training Sessions.
    • Group Training (45min) $220
      Join our Group Personal Training and  experience the opportunity and benefits of the creativity and motivation.  Group training is where clients will go to get an experience. “Big enough to be fun, but small enough to still be quality.”  
    • Couples Training (45min) $250

      Experience the committment of a program designed to establish fitness as a shared priority that gets you working toward a common goal.  Couples that Train Together, Stay Together!

    • Outdoor Bootcamp (30min)
      Mbodyment Fitness Boot Camp (MFBC) is a fitness program that combines cardio, strength and circuit training over a progressive course.  All fitness levels are encouraged!  
    • Low Income Fitness Training Program (LIFT)
      Low Income Fitness Training for individuals that desire a better quality lifestyle, but can't seem to fir it into their budget.  Rates are based on income.
