Optimal Performance Training (OPT). Our services entail exclusive and limited 'one on one' sessions. Prices are monthly and subject to change. Please complete Required Forms Here upon making your selection and payment.
One(1) 30min sessions per week. This package is recommended for those that need a jump start to stay on track for the remainder of the week. Trainer will provide training tips for 'non trainer' days.
